The patented solution with newly formed evaporator surfaces and an intelligent controller for checking the evaporator bottom temperature, in addition to the milk temperature sensor, manages to prevent the milk from freezing on the tank bottom. After the necessary cleaning of the tank, which is best done with a second additional heater in the cleaning machine to reduce the time, milking can immediately start again in the tank.

The cooling starts automatically after cleaning and there is no risk to the milk quality due to freezing or condensation. The cooling units are optimally matched to the expected amount of milk and are equipped with a condensation pressure control. The milk is thus cooled efficiently and in an energy-saving manner.
