The device is robust and insensitive to different operating conditions, such as fluctuating water quality or voltage fluctuations. Due to the quality stainless steel housing, the cleaning machine is optimally protected against dirt and splash water.

The automatic ETSCHEID cleaning machine consists of a combined cooling and cleaning board with circulation pump and detergent dosing. The cleaning sequence can be adapted to any tank size and individual requirements. The thermostat is switchable and can be set to 2 cooling temperatures. The board has a manual stirring function, as well as an automatic re-stirring function. Emergency cooling or manual operation of the compressor and agitator is optionally possible.

1 - Short pre-rinse with mixed water (warm and cold). Several pre-purge cycles can be set.

2 - Main wash cycle with warm water and alkaline detergent, dosing via peristaltic pumps; optional reheating.

3 - Intermediate rinsing with cold water.

4 - Main wash cycle with cold water and acid detergent (optional heating can be switched on).

5 - Post-rinse cycle with cold water (multiple selectable).
